Please have your provider send your prescriptions to us either digitally or via fax. E-Scripts can be sent to DiRx – in Sunrise FL. Our NCPDP # is 5707801. Or, providers and current pharmacies can send prescriptions via fax by sending to 833-347-9329. Prescriptions must be sent directly by your prescriber.
Once we receive and verify the prescription, we will contact you via Text or Phone call to gather credit card information and share co-pay amounts if applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot gather your Credit Card information until we are ready to process the order.
Orders generally ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. Ground shipping (2-7 business days) is included with all orders at no cost. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
No. Your prescription must be received and authorized prior to placing your order.
At this time, all CapitalRx orders must be placed over the phone with our dedicated Customer Care team at 877-367-3479. Please have your CapitalRx information available when placing your call.
Once your order has been placed, a claim has been submitted on your behalf. Orders cannot be cancelled once a claim has been submitted.
Auto-refill options are not currently available through CapitalRx.
We carefully package prescriptions to keep your medicine safe. We’ll ship your order to you in non-descript packaging for privacy. Medications are shipped USPS ground and are subject to your postal carrier’s standard treatment and delivery.
