We only carry FDA-approved generic medicine. These generics are approved by the FDA after a stringent review of their bio-equivalence data to ensure that they are comparable to the brand-name product. Each DiRx Annual Savings Plan option includes a set list of commonly prescribed medications that are available at no additional cost for the 3-month (quarterly term) or 12-month (annual term) following the purchase of the Annual Savings Plan and according to the payment term selected upon purchase. Medications ordered must be prescribed to the Savings Plan holder with an active US prescription. Refills must not exceed the quantity approved by your prescriber or the term of your plan. Choosing quarterly payment terms requires that your order not exceed a 90-day supply per quarter for each eligible medicine to be included in your plan. Each plan includes free standard shipping on all orders, access to dedicated Customer Care and Extended Pharmacy support hours.
Your Annual Savings Plan covers as many refills of medicines that are included in your Annual Savings Plan as your prescriber approves, and as are available from DiRx, not to exceed the time limit term of your plan. Choosing quarterly payment terms when you purchase your Annual Savings Plan requires that your medicine purchase not exceed a 90-day supply per quarter of eligible medicine in order to be included in your plan.
DiRx guarantees inclusion for only those medicines indicated in the details of each respective Annual Savings Plan. Please ensure that your specific medication(s) is included in your Annual Savings Plan prior to purchase. The full offering of each Annual Savings Plan can be found here.
Medicines not included in your Annual Savings Plan that are offered by DiRx can be purchased outside of your plan for the everyday low price with a valid US prescription.
Please be sure to evaluate your medicine needs and active US prescriptions against the medicines included in each plan to determine whether an Annual Savings Plan is right for you. Annual Savings Plans include a set list of medicines. Inability to utilize your Savings Plan to access free medicines during the terms of your plan will not entitle you to a refund.
If your prescription needs change and you want to upgrade from the Annual Savings Plan to the Annual Savings Plan Plus, please contact Customer Care. Plan upgrade pricing will be determined on a pro-rata portion of how much time is remaining in the term of your current plan.
The Annual Savings Plan is available for purchase for anyone in need of prescription medications included in the plan. Plan benefits are available only for active US prescriptions that have been prescribed to the individual for whom the Annual Savings Plan was purchased and allocated and only for those medicines included in the Annual Savings Plan that was purchased. Plans may be purchased for individual members of a household or those under your care. Plan benefits cannot be transferred to other individuals after purchase so it’s important to appropriately indicate the correct patient profile when purchasing the plan.
At the time of purchase, you can choose quarterly or annual payment terms. If you choose annual terms, your card will be charged the full annual plan price at the time of purchase. If you choose quarterly terms, then your first quarterly charge will occur at the time of purchase. Your plan will auto-renew at the end of each term. Billing for plan renewals will occur according to the payment terms chosen with the previous plan purchase.
An Annual Savings Plans cannot be cancelled outside of the renewal period. The renewal period is 7 days prior to your next payment date. Cancellations must be requested during the renewal period and will go into effect for the following term. Please contact Customer Care during your renewal period if you wish to cancel your plan renewal. Plans not cancelled during the renewal period will automatically renew for another annual term or quarterly term payments, according to the payment term designated at purchase.
Plans cannot be downgraded outside of a renewal period. The renewal period is 7 days prior to your plan’s next payment date. Please contact Customer Care during your renewal period if you wish to downgrade your plan. Medicines included in your plan are available for auto-refills as approved by your prescriber and not to exceed the term of your plan. If your Annual Savings Plan was purchased with quarterly payment terms, refills must not exceed a 90-day supply per quarter to be included in your plan.
Annual Savings Plans offer tremendous value and are not eligible for any existing or future DiRx promotions.
Unfortunately, subscription billing programs are not approved for use by HSA or FSA accounts.

Delivery estimates assume all valid prescriptions related to your order are received from your provider or pharmacy electronically or via fax by 3 pm ET today. Orders are typically filled within 24-48 hours of receipt of prescriptions.
To ensure that refrigerated products are maintained at the correct temperature during transit, we will ship in an insulated box, with cold packs, and marked on the outside that contains temperature-controlled product. We will be shipping with a temperature tab (monitor) that will indicate if the package has been out of temperature range for too long. All product will be shipped to arrive within 48hrs of departing our warehouse.
Generally, we ship medicine via USPS. It should arrive promptly within standard delivery times. In some cases, we can expedite and ship your medicine overnight for a small fee, as detailed in our shipping fees.

No. Everyone has the option of checking out as a guest. However, if you have regular or recurring medicine needs, you must create an account to take advantage of auto-refill options or manage and track your orders.
Yes! You can create additional profiles for family members under your primary account. Please note that primary account holders must be 18 years of age or older. Profiles can be added to your primary account under “Manage Patient Profiles” in your dashboard. Choose “Add a patient” and complete the form with your family member's information as it appears on the valid US prescription. Prescription drugs are only intended for the patient they are prescribed for. Prescriptions for multiple family members can be placed on the same.
Yes, with an valid US prescription from your veterinarian. Please note that you must first have or create a primary account with your information as the owner – primary account holders must be 18 years of age or older and cannot be a pet. Then, under “Manage Patient Profiles” in your dashboard, choose “Add a patient” and follow the prompts to add a pet profile.
